1. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We have our own factories in Foshan Guangdong.

2. Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra cost?
A: Yes, we can provide the free samples but you need to pay for the shipping cost. All the cost will be refunded after you place the order.

4. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock or it is 30-45 days for customize product.

5. Q: What about transportation and delivery date?
A: If the weight of goods more than 80 kg, usually we recommend delivering it by sea, it is roughly 20-30 days. The nearest port is Shenzhen port. If the weight of goods less than 80 kg. or there are some emergencies, it is urgent, we can send the goods via air express,it is 3-5 working days.
